Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
• Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun.
• Orders for perishable items (e.g., certain herbal supplements, essential oils, or other similar products) cannot be canceled once processed. Refunds or replacements may be considered in cases of proven quality issues.

Refund Policy

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
• The issue will be assessed, and a refund or replacement will be provided once the defect is verified by the merchant or quality team.
• If the product received does not match the description on our website or your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days. The team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
• For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer as per the warranty terms.

Refund Process
